AFS is layered across org, entity and projects. Configuration, users, permissions, the chart of accounts and your vendor and client registers are set once at the org level and inherited down.
Data is collected at the project level, then aggregated cleanly into entity and org reporting. Control sits where it belongs, and every figure reconciles all the way up.

Every project forecasts its own cashflow. Each entity consolidates its projects, and the org consolidates its entities.
AFS shows metrics like “cumulative position”, “percentage complete by cost”, and “full financial year forecasting”, from the projects and overheads to the top of the business. This is the core of what AFS does.
